Welcome to my comprehensive guide to the website range I offer at With Pride Creative.
It can be tough to understand the differences between websites - they're the same, right? - especially when it isn't the core of what you do every day. I get it.
This guide provides an in depth overview of every website package in the range, who it is best suited to, transparent information on the pricing and costs, what is and isn't included so you can make a choice on what the best option is for your business.

New Websites
The majority of the wellness businesses I work with need a brand-new website. They're either totally new to business, or on a very old, outdated platform that doesn't suit their needs because it's obsolete,or just plain hard to live with.
I offer two different website options, for teachers/studios at different stages of business:

what is common between both versions:
Designed to convert eyes on to bookings in your sessions. It's no good having a website that looks great, but doesn't get you any business.
Basic SEO set up - all the headings are correctly labelled, colour contrast meets accessibility guidelines and the page content matches the URL & descriptions. Basic, but miss these and your site won't get shown to anyone
Fully responsive design for Mobile & Tablet
Take payments and bookings via Mobile & Desktop site
Wix Owner App for your business so you can manage your sessions on the go

Website Template
The pocket-friendly option for businesses who operate mainly through group sessions.
A Website Template gives you access to a simple, starter website that can grow with your business for just £500.
You get a fixed design template plus resource library to support you with every step of getting your site complete. The outcome is a professional, strategic website designed with getting your sessions booked in mind to get started with in the early phase of your business where funds are tight, and expand your site over time as you grow your offers.
If you're happy on a computer and are cool with watching a few tutorials as you go - this is the perfect balance of design and keeping the budget under control. If you're not mega computer savvy, I do offer the option to hand filling your template in over to me as an add on.
Is a Website Template for me?
Who it is for:
New Yoga Teachers, Pilates Teachers or Group Fitness Instructors
Any business who wants people to book into group sessions directly, without intervention from you
Teachers who have DIY'd their own website previously and are getting no results or lots of the same questions in your inbox!
This is not for:
Businesses who work solely 1:1
Businesses who are led by enquiries, rather than direct bookings
Teachers who want more complex or bespoke features like content libraries, run courses or retreats
If any of these are you; a Bespoke Website is better suited for your needs.
What comes with a Website Template?

Tried and tested structure - a web layout that drives people towards booking, fast
Pre-installed brand kit to get you started - specially selected colour palette, fonts and stock images that look cohesive, and smart
Bespoke bookings page with timetable view - the view replicates how people actually book their sessions; what day do I want to come, what session is it, is there space are all answered at a glance.
Classes page - space to answer every question about what you do
Home page - the first thing people see. The space to attract and draw in your crowd; and repel the people who you don't want.
Workshops template - a space to hold your extra sessions that bulk up your income
About page - so people can see if they vibe with your approach
All on Wix Studio, Wix's latest platform
What you don't get:
Any hands-on support from me - unless you book a Pre Go Live check or Fill It In For Me package. You get a resource library of videos to support you as standard.

optional Add Ons
I like to offer a range of add on options to customise the level of support you get. For the Website Template, the options are:
Pre-Go Live Check, £250: I review your completed website, make suggestions for improving your site, check that you've set up everything correctly for your peace of mind before you hit publish.
Fill It In For Me, £750: You supply all your content to me, I set up and check your website for you. You can't make any changes to the design or layout, but you get 2 rounds of adjustments to your wording. It's essentially a halfway solution between a Template, but having my expert eyes on your website so it is set up correctly and written well.
Bespoke Website
A bespoke website is just that - totally bespoke to your needs, created from the ground up to bring your wildest dreams to life.
It's fully hands-on from me at every stage, plus you get 1:1 time with me to plan and discuss your site.
If you're ready to really expand what you're doing, grow further and widen your impact it is the best website option for you.
Bespoke Websites start at £3,000. 75% of my websites come in at this budget. 25% opt for add ons like extra pages, email marketing set up, or extra 1:1 calls.
Is a Bespoke website for me?
Who it is for:
Businesses who want a variety of different actions to happen - group bookings via a timetable, enquiries for corporate yoga, 1:1 bookings
Businesses who want to offer other streams of income like libraries, shops, blogs
People who want to run complex events like retreats and events with multiple locations
This is not for:
New teachers - you just don't need something this bespoke or complex. A Website Template covers everything you need.
Businesses who don't want to be involved in prepping content or information.

What comes with a Bespoke website?
Comes with:
A structure that is specifically designed for your business & how you operate
1:1 planning time to work together and craft a structure that makes sense for the journeys your users do to the info they need and the actions you want them to take
Up to 15 bespoke pages included in your package
All your usual functional pages like T&Cs, Privacy Policy, Contact
Full in-depth editing of your wording so it is punchy, concise and impactful
A range of optional add-ons aligned to your business needs & goals - email marketing set-up, support retainers and monitoring are common ones.
What you don't get:
Email marketing set up - that's not website specific... but you can add it on :)
Branding - you need a professional suite before you start complete with examples and usage guidelines. If you have something and you're not sure I'm happy to look it over and see if it is usable. It must be professionally created, not from Canva or similar.
How do I book a bespoke Website?
The first step in booking a Bespoke Website is getting a consult chat booked in with me. Feel free to use the widget below, or fill in the form on my contact page. It's a time and space to discuss what you need, see if a Bespoke Website is the best option for you. I then prep a proposal for you, you accept if you're happy and we get you booked in, well on your way to your snazzy new site.
Existing Websites
Website Refreshes give you access to professional design and strategy for your existing site on Wix or Squarespace. Packages start at £500 per day of resource and I quote individually based on the scale and scope of your brief and what you'd like me to address for you.
What can be done as a website refresh?
Basically, most things!
Adding new pages for new offers
Redesigning pages for better signposting or processes to booking
Adding new forms for data capture
Setting up new marketing automations
Updating and applying new branding or photography
One recent project was a refresh for Jules. Her old site felt very corporate, the layout wasn't getting people to book - they were getting lost on it and she wanted to bring her brand yellow and blue into the site. We restructured several pages, added key content like retreats widgets.
Sometimes, if a lot of work needs doing it can be a lot more cost effective to start from scratch on a new site and the latest iteration of a platform. I'll always be honest and explain why if that is the case and my thinking behind any recommendation.
How do I book a Website Refresh?
Same as booking a bespoke website - it's a case of me getting a full brief from you, understanding your budget and seeing what is the best option. I find this works best via a Consult Chat. Then I prep a proposal, you pay a deposit and we get a date booked in.
other things to budget for:
There are costs to be aware of either on a one-off or an annual basis for owning your own website, and running a business generally.
Professional branding
For my bespoke websites I always need a professional suite of branding consisting of multiple logo layout variations, an accessibility compliant colour palette, font files, brand guidelines for usage plus some additional flourishes and touches are always welcome.
The websites you see here on my website (including my website in this too) look so good because they're professionally branded. Nothing here is by accident or guess work. They look like this because they're strategically created with visual rules to create a certain feel or appeal to a specific audience.
So; you need some branding first as well as the strategic layout for a website to truly work. This typically adds 4-6 weeks on to a website project and starts at £1,500. Here's everything you need to know about branding packages with me.
Otherwise, it'll literally just be white pages, no images and text that says "book my yoga class pls". Not gonna work well.
The only exception here is if you're buying a Website Template; as I've done the work for you and created a visual experience and brand style for you.
Professional photography
You do need some very high quality images for your website. Trust me when I say when everything else is professionally done, then you stick iPhone photos on a website they stick out like a sore thumb. If you're going to do something well, do it right.
You can get away with not having a full-on 1:1 brand shoot for a day. Affordable options include doing a shoot at a portrait studio, like Candid. Lots of my images were shot there, especially as I was in the midst of invisalign hell last year. Or do a mini shoot with a photographer, rather than a full-scale studio shoot.
There's lots of options out there. Photography is a big part of the puzzle of how you're percieved, the quality of client you attract and how professional you look presenting your work to the world. Plus, it gives you loads of nice shots to use for your socials, too!
Annual expenses:
A website isn't free on an ongoing basis. It is a tool that brings in money, but you have to spend some too. Remember, all of these are very legitimate business expenses and can be offset against your income to reduce your tax liability.
Your website hosting plan with Wix or Squarespace - £30 a month... ish depending on the size of the plan you select, if you pay annually or for multiple years.
Your Domain (the fancy name for your website address) - around £20 for a standard .co.uk or .com address. Some can be a lot more though.
I always recommend a branded email via Google Workspace - £70 per year
Email marketing plan - depends again on the size of your list, budget £30 a month
If you want an updates retainer. Some of my clients have me on retainer to manage their website for them on an ongoing basis. Packages start from £100 a month.
