With pride creative started
with a yoga business in 2018.
I’d been teaching yoga for a few years and had built up quite a following online of fellow yoga teachers and wellbeing pros who were always in my DMs & emails asking how on earth I was doing what I was doing in my yoga business.
Things have exploded and expanded in a very organic way since then; to With Pride Creative becoming a space where you can get everything you need to build a successful, enjoyable businesses in the wellness industry.
The Origin Story
my background as a marketer & PR
I spent over 12 years in high level marketing, PR & commercial roles in brands like Bentley, Suzuki, Subaru, Fiat. I have degrees in Management & Logistics, Business Administration & Public Relations. I was even in charge of marketing the F1 British Grand Prix for a period and selling £23 million of tickets.
On the outside, I was absolutely killing it. I was the youngest PR department head in the car industry at 25, one of Autocar’s top 100 Women in the Automotive Industry, won Press Office of the Year (twice), Best Online Presence, was shortlisted for Rising PR Star of the Year and loads more shiny trinkets. Inside I was miserable and frankly, unwell.
I pulled the plug and trained as a Yoga Teacher; eventually becoming self employed in 2019 knowing I was meant for more; and With Pride Creative was born.

The inspiration from the With Pride Logo doesn’t actually come from cats, though.
A Pride is a community of lionesses who come together collaboratively for the greater good. I think that’s a beautiful analogy for what wellness business owners do.
if there's water about... I'm in it
I grew up by the coast and am sea obsessed, so much so I have a spine tattoo that is dedicated to my love of the ocean.
Any day I can go to the beach is a good day. Even if its peeing it down.

If I'm not working, I'm usually hanging off a wall somewhere.
I'm also a Climbing Instructor and I fit this around With Pride Creative to get me out, off my computer and around people!
