Whether you're after a one-off session or want something a bit longer lasting, there's a few options for you here.

Pick Your Brains one-off Call 

£400

A short questionnaire, 90 minute call plus recording and notes for you to keep plus 2 weeks of post-call email support for check-ins, questions and help getting what we discussed in place. Book a slot just below:

twice monthly coaching

£750 per month for 3/6 months

once monthly coaching

£400 per month for 6 months

An in-depth questionnaire, with calls to check progress, set next steps and homework each month plus recording and notes for you to keep.

You'll also receive remote coaching and consultancy via email in between our calls plus access to my bank of templates, pre-recorded workshops and resources. ​​

Twice monthly is perfect if you want to work at a pace and have plenty of time to dedicate, once monthly works well if you want to move a touch slower and have bigger pieces of work to do.

  • Yes, I do for all multi-month packages. One-off calls are paid in advance at the point of booking. 

    All monthly packages have an option to pay 50% of the first month's fee as a non-refundable deposit, followed by the remaining 50% on the first month of working together, then a monthly payment for the remaining months. (e.g. £375 deposit, £375 balance of first month, £750 for the remaining two months on a twice monthly package). 

  • Yes, absolutely feel free to get in touch with me whenever is suitable for you and I'll come back to you in line with our agreement (#boundaries!) 

    We contractually agree the terms around when and how I respond to you and these are:

    • I reply within 2 working days ( 09:30-17:00, Monday-Thursday) unless I am unavailable due to holiday; which I'll make sure you are aware of in advance. 

    • I do not respond on Bank Holidays, Weekends or Fridays

    • Keep communication to email 

    • I do not respond to consultancy questions via voicenote or Instagram message

    So, yes - if you have a burning thought at 3AM then feel free to fire me a message without stressing about making my phone go bananas! 

  • The main difference is the amount of hands-on call time you get with me. 

    Really, the choice boils down to the scale of what you're working on and the pace you like to work at.

     

    Business Coaching & consultancy is an involved process; and you will have work to do - there's no point showing up at our calls if you've not done the tasks you've been set. 

    Once monthly is great if you're juggling other work, a busy teaching schedule or if you're working on something big; like the mapping and research phase of a retreat. 

    Twice monthly is great if you're doing something fast evolving and shifting like launching a new class where lots is happening in a condensed period. 

    As always, if you're not sure - we can chat about it in our consultation. I'm pretty good at eyeballing based on the person and the scale of what you want support with what is the best option. 

  • Wonderful question! 

    Consultancy is very practical, and hands-on. We look at what you're trying to do, develop options, make decisions and carry out tangible pieces of work in our sessions. 

    Coaching is a bit more cerebral. It might be that I teach you frameworks and models for different things like mindset, decision making or practical marketing. 

    I also often do a lot of mentoring in our sessions; drawing on my own experience as a yoga teacher and business owner and options I've used on other projects (confidentially, of course). 

    As this is totally bespoke and led by your needs in the moment, you can expect a blend of all of the above throughout our time together. 

  • No. 
    Branding (logos, font choices, colours, image guidance, messaging development, audience research) and website build (hands-on changes on your website, either existing or from scratch) is not included in a business coaching & consultancy package.

    You can absolutely book one or both of a Branding and/or Website package with me and I can work on these in tandem, or stack these one after the other.
