Anna is pivoting into a Trauma Informed, Somatic Coaching practice fused with her yoga trainings to provide an even deeper level of support for her clients.

Her previous visuals didn’t really match up with this softer approach and she had a lot of inconsistency across her social media and website so she was struggling to connect with her audience who're looking to build a deeper connection with themselves using a mix of movement, meditation and breathwork in a somatic methodology.

The logo was inspired by the Chinese concept of Wu Wei - the art of doing, by not doing - yin/yang, trees and circles and their deeper meanings. The idea is to evoke a sense of ritual, ceremony and care through resting, rooting down and growing.
